Robert G. Weber, President
Since starting the company in 1993, Bob has guided RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. in its growth and development. Bob is a seasoned veteran in all aspects of systems integration, but his primary responsibilities include project quote generation, design / development of hardware and software configurations, PLC / CNC / PC / HMI programming, startup, and training. His expertise provides the foundation on which his employees have developed their skills. Bob has earned the following certificates of achievement: Baldor - Motion Integrator, Bosch Rexroth - PLC-L10, GE Fanuc - 0 Maintenance, MDSI - Soft Logic.

Joseph R. Lampert, Senior Systems Integrator
Joe has been with RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. for over fifteen years, initially assisting on system integration projects and subsequently advancing to the position of Senior Systems Integrator. His versatility in all phases of the integration process allows him to move seamlessly from sales to production, drafting, and programming, and his responsibilities also include installation, startup, and training. Joe has earned the Baldor - Motion Integrator certificate of achievement.

Greg M. Weber II, Apprentice Systems Integrator
Starting with R. G. Weber Control Systems, Inc. as a technician, Greg has added PLC and HMI programming duties as Apprentice Systems Integrator. As the newest member of the company, he continues to assist with fabrication, installation, startup, drafting, and technical writing. |
Mary K. w.d. - Turner, Office Manager
Mary is responsible for the day-to-day operations at RG Weber Control Systems, Inc. as the coporate receptionist, bookkeeper, and purchasing agent. Also the company's primary point-of-contact, Mary interacts with customers and vendors on a daily basis.
